Get the ToolsForFiles app

Put every file tool on your home screen or desktop. It opens in its own window, like any other app, and it's free. Your files still never leave your device.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open ToolsForFiles in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

1. Open ToolsForFiles in Chrome.
2. Tap Get the app at the top of the page, or open the menu (⋮) and tap Install app / Add to Home screen.

Windows, Mac and Chromebook

1. Open ToolsForFiles in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click Get the app at the top of the page, or the install icon at the right of the address bar.

Good to know

• The app needs an internet connection, just like the website.
• It updates itself automatically. There's nothing to download from an app store.
• To remove it, uninstall it like any other app on your device.
