Frequently asked questions
Why is the result a PNG?
Only formats with transparency can keep the corners outside the circle invisible. PNG works everywhere. A JPG would fill them with white.

Does cropping reduce quality?
No. The cropped area keeps the original resolution. Only the parts outside the box are removed.
