Can I track scans or change the link later?

Not with a static QR code like this one. Tracking and editing need a dynamic QR service that redirects through its own server.

What size should I print it?

At least 2 × 2 cm (about 0.8 in) for close-up scanning, and bigger for posters viewed from a distance. Use the SVG download for print so it stays sharp at any size.
